Translating Truth Terms, Conditions and Disclaimer

When purchasing and / or receiving any Products, Programs, Training, Materials, Sessions and Services from Translating Truth, I accept the terms and conditions as stated below for this and any future purchase. Such purchase may be Meditations, Guided Stretches Training, Programs, Teleconferences, and/or Mentoring and/or any other product and service offered by Translating Truth.

The Terms And Conditions Of This Contract:

Please refer below to the general terms and conditions regarding the purchase of Translating Truth's products and services and/or accepting any free service offered by Translating Truth.

Engagement:

Thank you for accepting our offer to present our product and / or service to you. By completing the Registration Form and / or Scheduling Form (including provision of your personal contact details, payment of deposit monies or full monies and advices to Translating Truth that you will be in attendance) and any other documentation requested by Translating Truth, you agree that the Registration Form and / or Scheduling Form, together with these Terms and Conditions form a contract between you and Translating Truth.

Personal Welfare:

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also acknowledge that Translating Truth, and / or any of its Trainers, Mentors, officers, managers, shareholders, licensees, affiliates, employees, agents and/or people who assist, are not certified Councilors, therapists, medical practitioners, psychologists or physical therapists and that all content and information shared, via media, the website, programs, or sessions, is offered in good faith and from personal experiences and growth and tools learned through self experience.

You understand the general content of your mentoring session and have had an opportunity to ask questions about anything you do not know or understand. You recognize that it is not possible for the Translating Truth and/or any of its Trainers, Mentors, officers, managers, shareholders, licensees, affiliates, employees, agents and/or people who assist, to describe everything that may occur during the Mentoring Sessions, which generally consists of information presented, the voluntary sharing of experiences by yourself and the Trainer and guided exercises and processes.

You acknowledge and understand that the sessions are designed for people who clearly understand they are responsible for their own health and well-being before, during and after the Mentoring Session and who wish to enhance their living skills.

You represent that you are not participating in the Mentoring Session/s to handle any physical, mental or emotional problems and you fully understand that no portion of the Mentoring Session/s is delivered or supervised by health professionals.

You acknowledge and understand that in agreeing to these terms and conditions you are strongly advised not to participate in the

Mentoring Session/s and programs if:

You have been diagnosed with an emotional or mental disorder, or if someone in your immediate family has a history of emotional or mental disorder;
You are using or have used psychotropic or mood altering drugs;
You are or have in the last year been depressed, contemplated suicide, self-harm or harm to another;
You have concerns about your ability to handle stress;
You are unwilling or unable to experience powerful emotions in yourself or others;
You are currently in therapy and your therapist sees a health reason why you should not participate; or
You are uncertain about your physical, mental or emotional ability to participate in the Course Module(s) and Mentoring Program.

You represent that:

You know of no reason that you should not participate in the Mentoring Session/s
You have considered the nature of the Mentoring Session/s and have voluntarily chosen to attend and not as a result of coercion, pressure, a condition of employment or to satisfy anyone other than yourself;
You are fully aware of what you are undertaking and that there may be risks associated with the Mentoring Session/s. You agree that you are responsible for your own participation in the Mentoring Session/s and for your own physical, mental, emotional, financial and business’ wellbeing, and that the Mentor/Trainer/Staff Member is responsible solely for the orderly presentation of the Mentoring Session/s; and
You willingly and knowingly assume for yourself, your family members, executors, administrators, heirs, successors, legal representatives and assigns all risks of physical and mental or emotional injuries which may occur before, during or after the Mentoring Session/s
You acknowledge that all information shared in any Mentoring Session/s is offered in good faith and that no responsibility is held to the Trainers, Mentors, officers, managers, shareholders, licensees, affiliates, employees, agents and/or people who assist, for any choices and decisions that are made by you after the Mentoring Session/s

You hereby indemnify and hold Translating Truth and / or any of its Trainers, Mentors, officers, managers, shareholders, licensees, affiliates, employees, agents and/or people who assist, harmless from all loss, cost, obligation or damage – personal, financial or business – arising out of your participation in any Mentoring Session/s or in other activities or events related to Mentoring Session/s as well as any other product and / or service you purchase from Translating Truth..

Media Release

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, i acknowledge that my name, image and voice may be used in video content that is derived from live calls, webinars sessions and training, this content will be used on the website,YouTube and Social Media platforms. I understand that i am able to request for this to be removed in writing to support@translatingtruth.com

Time And Place:

Your payment of the investment to us entitles you to receive the product and / or service online or as agreed on the Registration Form and / or Scheduling Form (subject to clauses in this document).

Investment And Payment:

You may pay to us in consideration of the product and / or service, the full investment amount as indicated on current price specials in one lump sum on the signing of and/or agreeing to the registration form by you without set off, deduction or counterclaim.

Intellectual Property:

Translating Truth has all right, title and interest in all intellectual property used by Translating Truth in performing the Mentoring Session/s

In performing the Mentoring Session/s to you, Translating Truth does not transfer title to you in any intellectual property and title to all such intellectual property remains with Translating Truth.

You may not:

Alter any of our intellectual property or the Materials; or
Copy, video record, audio record or reproduce the content of the Mentoring Session/s
On-sell the intellectual property or the Materials (“IP”) or supply the IP to third parties
Teach or Mentor/Counsel/Coach/Consult, using the IP, for sale, donation or free of charge

General:

The information shared during training, sessions, meditations, and any other products or services, is shared from information currently available and in good will. Therefore, it is the full responsibility of the client to review this information and to only tae action steps and follow guidance under their own free will and that Translating Truth does not condone any illegal, harmful, destructive, self damaging or otherwise negative behaviours and expects each client to be responsible for their choices and lives.

This agreement may not be varied except in writing signed by both parties.

Should any provision of this agreement be held by a Court to be unlawful, invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with any rule, statute, ordinance or regulation the validity and enforce-ability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any prior agreements, agreement, representations or undertakings are superseded.

The failure of Translating Truth and / or any of its Trainers, its officers, managers, shareholders, licensees, affiliates, employees, agents and/or people who assist to enforce any of its rights shall not be construed as a waiver or any of its rights at any time thereafter.

This Agreement shall be read and construed according to the laws applicable In the State of Queensland in Australia and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland in Australia.

You acknowledge that your representations and agreements are freely given and are true to the best of your knowledge.
